Refund policy

Here at Terra Viva we are committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

ALL ITEMS REDUCED BY 30% OR MORE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

All returns require a proof of purchase.

Our policy for returns and refunds is:

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns. Return a product, in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 24 hours from the date of purchase, to either exchange the product, or to receive a credit note.

GIFT RETURN

Request an exchange card when purchasing a gift.

Return a product, excluding a plant/s, in original condition, with an exchange card, within thirty days from the date of purchase, to either exchange the product, or to receive a credit note.

FAULTY ITEMS (excluding plants)

Return the goods (excluding plants) as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we can assess and determine whether, repair, replacement or a refund if unable to be repaired or replaced.

 

PLANT GUARANTEE

Return an unhappy plant, excluding a seedling/s or potted colour/s — that is not as a result of improper care — with proof of purchase, within 12 months from the date of purchase, for a replacement, or a credit note.
