Incredibly uniform in habit and flower timing, these calibrachoa set the new bar for grower expectation. Very early to flower, all varieties flower at 11 hours critical day length and stay open and in flower under low light conditions making these a great line for retailing from early spring and continuing throughout the season.
Calibrachoa is closely related to the Petunia. Both were introduced to Europe from South America in the early 19th century. Calibrachoa thrives in full sun, blooming with hundreds of small, Petunia-like flowers from spring through late fall. Plants also tolerate partial shade. They have a low-growing, compact growth habit and are self-cleaning.
