Spathiphyllum 'Chopin' most commonly known as a 'peace lily' is known as a great air purifying plant which absorbs and degrades harmful gases. Spathiphyllum blooms for about four to ten weeks at a time, after which it remains 'dormant' for several weeks whilst developing new flower buds. The elegant white spathes are held above the contrasting dark green foliage, showing off the erect spadix in the centre of the flower.
