GRILLED PORK CHOPS WITH TAMARILLO SALSA

Use tamarillo salsa instead of apple sauce.

Score the base of 2 tamarillos and cook them briefly in boiling water to soften. Dunk into ice cold water, then peel.

Roughly chop the flesh and set aside.  In a saucepan melt in a good knob of butter, add a teaspoon of curry powder, & 2 tablespoons (or less if you prefer) of brown sugar.

Place the chopped tamarillos on top. Stir through until it starts to simmer, then remove from the heat. Serve alongside a grilled pork chop.

Pork chops will never be the same again.
